The Short Version
- We collect what you give us (name, contact and business details) plus basic site analytics.
- We use it to reply, book your call, and provide our services.
- We never sell your information, and we never share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
- We only text you if you opt in. Reply STOP any time.

01Who We Are
Arbor Marketing LLC (“Arbor,” “we,” “us”) is a social media and personal brand agency for trade businesses, based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information through arbormarketing.net and through our forms, booking calendar, website chat, text messages, emails and calls.

03How We Use It
- Reply to you and set up the call or shoot you asked for
- Provide, manage and bill for our services
- Send the texts and emails you agreed to receive, including confirmations and reminders
- Understand which pages and sources bring visitors, and improve the site
- Keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations
04Text Messages (SMS)
- We only text you if you give consent — for example, by checking the text-message box on our form, booking a call, or starting a chat and opting in.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email info@arbormarketing.net.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05Cookies and Tracking
- We use cookies and a tracking script from our CRM (HighLevel) to record page views and where a visit came from (like a link or an ad), so we know which sources bring us inquiries. Our chat widget also uses cookies to keep your conversation going.
- Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.
- We don’t currently use advertising pixels on this site.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like chat, may not work without them.
- Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
06Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, forms, booking, chat, texting and email
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Workspace and Notion — business email, files and internal notes
- Stripe — payments, for clients
- Phone carriers — to deliver texts and calls
- Our contractors, such as video editors — only what they need to do the work
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
07How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while you’re a lead or client and for a reasonable time after — or as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymize it.
08How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
09Your Choices and Rights
- Texts: reply STOP. Emails: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or for a copy of it.
- Depending on where you live (including California and Colorado), state privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as opting out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
- To make a request, email info@arbormarketing.net from the email address or phone number you used with us. We’ll confirm it’s you and respond within 45 days.
- If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
- We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
10Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
11Other Websites
Our site links to social media and other sites we don’t control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on the site.
