The Short Version
- Use the site lawfully.
- The free shoot is free with no obligation, and you keep the video.
- Paid work is covered by its own written agreement.
- Texts: you opt in, message frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
- We can’t guarantee specific results like views, followers or calls.
01Agreement
These terms apply when you use arbormarketing.net or contact us through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02Who We Are
Arbor Marketing LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company based in Denver, Colorado.
03Using the Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to it, scrape it, or submit false information or someone else’s details.
04The Free Shoot
- It’s free, and there’s no obligation to buy anything.
- We start with a short call, then film one job at your business for about an hour and send you a finished short-form video.
- You can use that video to promote your business. We’ll ask before we use it in Arbor’s own marketing.
- You confirm we have permission to film at the location, and you’ll tell us about any person, customer, property or detail that shouldn’t appear on camera. We may ask people who appear on camera to sign a release.
- One free shoot per business, in our service area, subject to scheduling. We may change or end this offer at any time, and we may decline or reschedule a shoot — for example, if a location isn’t safe to film.
05Paid Services
If you hire us, a separate written agreement covers the scope, price and terms of the work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
06Text Message Program
- Program: Arbor Marketing text messages.
- What you’ll receive: replies to your inquiries, call and shoot confirmations and reminders, updates about our services and, if you separately opt in to marketing messages, occasional offers.
- How you opt in: by checking the text-message consent box on our form, booking a call, or starting a website chat and giving consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or email info@arbormarketing.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
07Our Content
The text, design, logo, videos and other content on this site belong to Arbor Marketing LLC or our clients and are protected by law. Don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
08Third-Party Services
Our form, booking calendar and chat run on HighLevel (LeadConnector), and the site links to social media platforms. Those services have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.
09No Guarantee of Results
We work hard for our clients, but social media depends on platforms, algorithms and audiences we don’t control. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, we don’t guarantee any specific number of views, followers, leads, calls or revenue. The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Arbor Marketing LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
11Governing Law
Colorado law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
